I adored the messaging on the tv. It was such a thoughtful touch. the team members were so friendly. my room was spacious and the city view sparkled! the location felt perfect, with everything so close.

the hotel provided direct access to the skycity casino through a walkway. nearby, i found cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. the bus station was conveniently close.

the staff was polite and helpful, especially miguel at the concierge desk. he helped me find documents i had left at the airport, and i am very grateful for his kindness!!! the team members provided a standard of service that was attentive and professional.

I appreciated the room's quietness and the large, comfortable bed allowed for restful sleep.. The hotel's location across from the bus drop-off point was convenient for airport transfers. I received a welcome gift upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. The lobby and restaurant lounge were lovely.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Central Bus Terminal. It is a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and bars. A bridge connects the hotel to the Sky City attractions. It provided easy access to various entertainment options.

The room was large and included fluffy towels and all necessary amenities. The suite featured sliding doors that allowed closing off sections for greater flexibility. The bathroom included a freestanding bath. It was spacious and very clean.

The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast offered many choices and tasted delicious. The gym had good quality equipment, and I used it daily. Valet parking proved very convenient for managing my vehicle.
The minibar was not stocked .

The fitness center features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can enjoy a spacious pool area including twenty loungers and a shaded section. These amenities provide excellent options for both exercise and relaxation during your stay.

arriving early at the hotel around 6am was great because my room was already available. the reception staff were friendly and efficient. the room was clean spacious and modern. the bathroom included a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space.
